Manufacturing Defects:
For products with manufacturing defects, we offer the following options for 10 days following delivery:
- Full refund
- Store credit
- Replacement piece included with your next order
We kindly ask you to inspect your purchase as soon as possible upon receipt to identify any potential issues.
Special Sale Purchases:
In the case of purchases made during a special sale, returns will be processed in the form of store credit equivalent to the amount paid.
Shipping and Handling, Accidental Damage:
Please note that we cannot provide refunds for damage incurred during shipping and handling or due to accidents after the package has been delivered.
