How to Start a Return Request

We typically respond to return requests promptly and will let you know how we’ll resolve the issue.

Manufacturing Defects

For products with manufacturing defects, we offer the following options within 10 days of delivery:

Full refund (processed immediately)
Store credit (applied immediately)
Replacement piece included with your next order

Important: No need to return defective items to us – we’ll process your refund or store credit right away once we review your photos and request.

We kindly ask you to inspect your purchase as soon as possible upon receipt to identify any potential issues within the 10-day window.

Clearance Sale Purchases

Items purchased during clearance sales will be processed as store credit equivalent to the amount paid (no cash refunds for clearance items).

Non-Returnable Items

Some products in our store are marked as non-returnable, including:

Action figures
Pre-painted printed pieces
Other specialty items as specified

Please read product listings carefully before purchasing. Non-returnable items are clearly marked in each product description. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

Shipping Damage and Handling

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for damage incurred during shipping and handling or due to accidents after the package has been delivered. We recommend inspecting packages immediately upon delivery.
