Products & Materials
What are your parts made of?
Our parts are printed in high-detail resin using professional-grade resin printers. Depending on the piece, we use either standard rigid resin or flexible soft resin — each product listing specifies which material it uses. Resin parts arrive unpainted and ready for you to prime and paint however you like.
Do the parts come painted?
Most parts ship unpainted so you can apply your own colour scheme and weathering to match your collection. We do carry a select number of pre-painted pieces — check individual product listings for details. Note that pre-painted items are non-returnable.
Which figure lines are your parts compatible with?
The majority of our catalogue is designed for Mythic Legions figures and is available in standard, Brute, Troll, and Ogre/Half-Giant scale. We also carry parts compatible with other popular action figure lines. If you’re unsure whether a part fits your figure, feel free to contact us before ordering.
Do you offer soft/flexible resin parts?
Flexible resin prints are available by special order only — we don’t keep them as standard stock. If you need a part printed in soft resin (great for capes, skirts, or anything that benefits from flexibility), just contact us before placing your order and we’ll work it out with you.
Ordering & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping anywhere in Canada and the United States. International orders are welcome; shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Can I combine multiple orders into a single shipment?
Absolutely. If you’ve already placed an order and want to add more items, just contact us before your first order ships and we’ll combine everything into one package to save you on shipping.
Do you sell in bulk to retailers or diorama makers?
Yes! We work with individual collectors, retailers, and diorama makers who need parts in larger quantities. Get in touch via our contact page and we’ll work out the details with you.
Returns & Quality
What if my part arrives with a manufacturing defect?
We stand behind our work. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll offer you a full refund, store credit, or a replacement piece with your next order — whichever you prefer. You don’t need to ship the defective item back.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. Action figures, pre-painted printed pieces, and certain specialty items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These are clearly marked in each product listing — please read descriptions carefully before purchasing. Items bought during clearance sales are refunded as store credit only.
What if my package was damaged during shipping?
We’re unable to provide refunds for damage that occurs after delivery or due to accidents in transit. We recommend inspecting your package as soon as it arrives. If something looks off with the packaging before you open it, photograph it immediately — this helps if you need to file a claim with the carrier.

Do you print custom parts or prototypes?
Yes! We offer 3D printing services for designers and creators who need prototypes or one-off custom pieces. We can print in a wide variety of resins — standard, flexible, castable, tough, and more. If your project requires a specialized resin, please reach out to us first so we can confirm availability and make sure you get exactly what you need.
